Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery. No exceptions for this timeframe.

Original Condition

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags attached.

Non-Returnable Items

Accessories, custom items, and sale items are final sale.

Refund Timing

Refunds processed within 5-7 business days after inspection completion.

Damaged Items

Report damage within 48 hours with photos. We'll arrange immediate replacement.

Frequently Asked Questions

Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placement. Contactsupport@graveyardgoods.in immediately. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
We offer size exchanges for the same item within 7 days. Email returns@graveyardgoods.in with your order number and desired size.
RTO packages due to incorrect addresses incur reshipping charges. We'll contact you within 3 days of receiving the returned package to arrange redelivery.
International returns are accepted but customers are responsible for return shipping costs and customs duties. Items must reach us within 14 days of return approval.
Preorders can be cancelled anytime before shipping. Once shipped, standard return policy applies. Refunds for cancelled preorders take 3-5 business days.
We'll investigate lost packages after 10 business days from ship date. If confirmed lost, we'll send a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
Customers pay return shipping unless the item is defective or we sent the wrong item. We provide prepaid labels for our errors and defective products.
All sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. This includes items marked as clearance, end-of-season, or promotional pricing.
